This is a high-purity pure nickel connector, made by precisely stamping high-purity nickel materials of NP1/NP2.

It is used for series and parallel connections in lithium battery PACKs and supports spot welding processing. It can be customized with special shapes, positioning holes and bending forms (such as the style with folding clips as shown in the picture).

It has high dimensional accuracy, a smooth surface without burrs. The material has good toughness and can be bent, stamped and formed. It is resistant to fatigue and vibration, and is unlikely to break even under long-term vibration conditions of vehicles or mobile devices.

The plate has high flatness, and the contact surface fits the battery tabs, ensuring strong assembly stability. The precise cutting ensures controllable tolerance of hole positions, facilitating assembly and positioning. The nickel itself has excellent anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance properties.

It is not prone to rust or oxidation in humid environments and has a small decline in conductivity over a long period of use, thereby enhancing the overall lifespan of the battery pack. It is resistant to high temperatures and maintains stable performance within the working temperature range of the battery.

The polished surface is clean, free of oil stains and burrs, and will not scratch the battery tabs. The welding contact surface is uniform. It is suitable for energy storage batteries, electric vehicle batteries, 18650/21700 lithium battery PACKs, portable power supplies, etc.
